Appeal Procedure for Retesting Of Sample

In case, if you have any query related to your report:

• You can request for recheck or retesting either in person or telephonically (9617770150) or via mail (sodani@sampurnadiagnostics.com) to our laboratory 

• Our Technical Manager or Senior staff will examine the request regarding the Result query and consult with your clinician for your query

• As per our policy our quality control, calculations and data transfers will be checked

• A retest will be done with the same sample initially. If the results are same we will inform you the results\

• If you are not satisfied, or there is a discrepancy in the results, a fresh sample may be requested for retesting. 

• Our Technical Manager will decide the nature of re-testing required.

• After obtaining the re-test results, our Technical Manager or Senior staff will inform you accordingly and issue an “Amended Report” if there is a difference in the report 

• In case if you are still dissatisfied, our Lab Director may seek personal discussions or test demonstration if needed

यदि आपके पास अपनी रिपोर्ट से संबंधित कोई प्रश्न हो:

​

• आप हमारी लेबोरेटरी में व्यक्तिगत या टेलीफोनिक(9617770150) या मेल(sodani@sampurnadiagnostics.com)   द्वारा   फिर से जांचने या पुन: परीक्षण करने के लिए अनुरोध कर सकते हैं

• आप के अनुरोध पर हमारे Technical manager या senior technician आप की रिपोर्ट की गुणवत्ता की जांच करने के बाद आप के डॉक्टर से सम्पर्क करेंगे

• हमारी पॉलिसी के अनुसार पहले हमारे क्वालिटी कण्ट्रोल, कैलकुलेशन और मशीन से कंप्यूटर में जो रिजल्ट आया है उससे पुनः देखा जायेगा  

• आप के अनुरोध पर उसी सैंपल को पुनः जाँचा जायेगा और पुनः जाँच का रिजल्ट आप को बताया जायेगा

• यदि आप पुनः टेस्ट किये गए रिजल्ट से संतुष्ट नहीं होते है या दोनों परिणामो में फर्क आता है तो आप से पुनः सैम्पल देने के लिए अनुरोध किया जायेगा

• पुनः टेस्ट कैसे किया जाये ये हमारे Technical manager निश्चित करेंगे

• पुनः किये गए टेस्ट का रिजल्ट की जानकारी आप को हमारे Technical manager या senior technician द्वारा दी जायेगे और यदि रिपोर्ट में किसी भी प्रकार का फर्क होगा तो “Amended Report”   आप को दी जायेगे

• यदि आप फिर भी असन्तुष्ट हैं तो आप हमारे Lab Director से भी मिल सकते हैं या आप मशीन में लगा अपना टेस्ट भी देख सकते हैं
