Refund Policy

Sampurna Care – Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sampurna Care, we are dedicated to providing clear, honest, and patient-friendly billing, cancellation, and refund policies. This document outlines the key procedures related to payments, appointment cancellations, and eligibility for refunds.

1. Billing Guidelines

Invoices for services booked via the Sampurna Care website, mobile application, or walk-in registrations are generated based on the following:

  • Home Sample Collection: Invoice is created after the collection is completed and payment is received.

  • Walk-in Diagnostics: Billing is processed at the time of registration and before the test begins.

  • Online Bookings: Payment is collected online at the time of booking; invoice is auto-issued after confirmation.

All invoices will be sent to the patient’s registered mobile number or email ID. Please retain your invoice for reference in case of any future service queries.

2. Appointment Cancellation Rules

A. Cancellations Before Test Execution

  • Cancellations are permitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled test time. Requests can be made through call or WhatsApp at +91 9617770150.

  • Any cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled slot may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • If the sample has been collected or if the test/report process has started, no cancellations will be accepted.

3. Refund Terms & Timelines

A. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to online prepaid appointments and are subject to approval based on service usage.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 10–15 business days, once approved.

  • Please note: If the diagnostic report has already been generated, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

B. For Cash Payments

  • Refunds for cash transactions require physical presence at the center along with a valid government-issued ID and original bill copy.

  • Cash refunds will be settled through cheque or NEFT transfer, not in cash.

4. Service-Wise Cancellation Policy

Service Category                                     Cancellation Allowed If

Pathology Tests                       The sample has not been collected or report has not entered processing.

Radiology & Imaging               Cancellation not allowed once the scan is completed.

Full Health Packages               Allowed only if the package is unregistered or none of the services have been used.

Other Diagnostic Areas           Based on supervisor approval and specific service terms.

5. Partial & Group Cancellations

  • Lab Services: If multiple tests are booked, unused/uncollected ones may be cancelled individually.

  • Health Packages: Partial use will void cancellation or refund eligibility.

  • Grouped Services: Subject to individual case evaluation by the service desk.
